Cheddar Ball

Wild Onion


– 2 packets (8 oz) of cream cheese, softened
– 1 ½ cups of grated cheddar cheese
– ½ cup of sweet pickle relish
– 2 teaspoons of minced onion
– ½ teaspoon of salt
– ½ cup of chopped nuts


– Combine all of the ingredients except the chopped nuts; then roll into a ball.

– Roll in the chopped nuts.

– Cover and refrigerate.
